                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM RANDALL C. PIERCE AND
                   CAROLYN B. PIERCE, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   40E-3, STUART HEIGHTS PARALLEL FORCE MAIN,
                   TRACT NO. 004, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Randall C. Pierce and Carolyn 
B.
       Pierce, relative to Contract No. 40E-3, Stuart Heights Parallel
       Force Main, Tract No. 004, for a consideration of $1,375.00.
